If ANY other driver in NASCAR had pulled the stunt Danica Patrick did after the last lap of the race at Talladega, running into Sam Hornish and deliberately punting his car into the wall, they would have been called to the NASCAR hauler, fined, penalized points and possibly suspended. Recall how NASCAR penalized Kyle Busch, who had FAR more provocation for retaliating against Ron Hornaday last season.
